Harbour Properties charge a Holding Fee for each rental property application, which is 20.0% of one month’s rent. This holding fee amount will then be deducted from the first months rent on commencement of the tenancy.

This payment can be made by debit card over the phone or by bank transfer to Sort Code: 01-00-53 Account Number: 12696838.
