Harbour Properties charge a Holding Fee for each rental property application, which is 20.0% of one month's rent. This holding fee amount will then be deducted from the first months rent on commencement of the tenancy.

Please note we will only need payment of the holding fee, once the landlord has agreed to proceed with your application. We will notify you if your application has been successful by phone or email as soon as we have the final decision from the landlord.
